IAME would like to invite individuals and organizations interested in organizing the IAME 2025 Annual Conference to submit an expression of interest (EOI) for consideration by the IAME Council. These EOIs under the form of a substantiated e-mail or letter (max. 1000 words), containing details about the leading organizing entity or entities, key staff members, proposed location, periods, and any other relevant elements are expected via e-mail (iame.secretariat@gmail.com) by the latest on August 31^st, 2023.

Following the upcoming IAME Council meeting of September 5^th, selected candidate organizers will be asked to submit a full bid by October 15^th, 2023, with a decision expected by the IAME Council by November 15^th, 2023.

Potential candidates are asked to take note of the Guidelines that the IAME Council has prepared in order to facilitate prospective organizers and/or institutions when preparing an annual IAME conference (from the bid to the final preparation):

– Part 1 is related to the bidding and awarding procedure

– Part 2 concerns the preparation and organization of the conference.

Previous conferences were held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands (2021), Busan, South Korea (2022); the upcoming conferences are Long Beach, USA (2023) and Valencia, Spain (2024).
