Maritime Policy & Management virtual special issue honouring Richard Goss’ contribution

Richard Oliver Goss (1929- 2017) was the Editor-in-Chief of Maritime Policy & Management from 1984 to 1993.  He conducted extensive research in the field of shipping competition and port governance, much of which is still widely influential today.

With the aim of honouring Richard’s contribution to maritime economics and his work with the journal, MPM is proud to announce a collection of some of his most important works, previously published in MPM, in the form of this virtual special issue.
